SOIL: Clayey and silty, 250 m. a.s.l.
GRAPE VARIETY: Sangiovese 60%, Alicante 20%, Refosco 20%
TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot 2,80 x 0,80
AVERAGE AGE OF THE VINE: 7 Years
HARVEST: by hand in boxes, at the end of September
VINIFICATION: fermentation in contact with the skins,
at a controlled temperature of 25-28 °C.
Ageing in stainless tanks. Bottling
in March and additional bottle ageing
lasting 1-2 months.
